Certified Professional Inspector

You‘re not just buying a home inspection – you’re buying years of experience.

As a state certified inspector and an InterNACHI certified professional inspector, your home will be inspected by not only the state standards, but also by the internationally recognized InterNACHI standards.

About Your Inspector: Leon Reese

After 5 years in the U.S. Army, and serving 2 tours in Iraq in the mid-2000’s, construction called my name as most of my family was in some construction trade. Between 2009 and 2018 I worked in construction in multiple states and was a factory maintenance worker. In 2014 I started college and in 2018 graduated with a Bachelors in Engineering Technology. After moving to Arizona I started work at an Engineering Firm, designing commercial solar farms before transitioning into Home Inspections. After years of working in the construction industry, and with the attention to detail that working at an Engineering firm requires, Home Inspections seemed like a natural fit.
